A Southern Affair: Alli + Mikey's Wedding

It was the perfect day in DeRidder, Louisiana. We were able to capture beautiful perfect pictures of the wonder couple, Alli and Mickey. They were so wonderful to work with and such a beautiful couple that have so much love and respect for each other.

This was such an unforgettable day. I was able to photograph both the bride and groom when they were getting ready with all their bridesmaids and groomsmen. I really enjoy photographing these moments as you can see the wonderful friendships people have and how your loved ones are there supporting you during one of the biggest days of your life. After the couple was ready we took some "first look" picture and also some group pictures of the wedding party. The couple then exchanged their vows in front of all their friends and family and it was so amazing to capture these beautiful moments. After the ceremony there was the reception that was filled with delicious southern food and a very tasty cake. The newlywed danced away and it was so visible in their faces how much in love they were with each other. When I photograph such beautiful moments and see the faces of couples that have such glowing joyous faces it reminds me of why I love doing what I do. This wedding was so perfect and I really wish this couple all the best for the future. Congratulations Alli and Mikey and thank you for allowing me to photograph your special day!
